So glad the pain is on the run!, I was worried with no postings as usual but figured you were working through the medication reaction and the pain. The shaking is from not eating, sugar very low. Been there. I can recommend Bio-freeze roll on for muscle pain etc. daughter swears by it : all her back surgeries n hip replacement etc. she said the only thing to make life bearable. I used it today on a pulled muscle down left side. Please take it easy !! ?
Sharon, I have a bad back, inoperable, from about 65 years ago. I was a gymnast, & was swinging down from parallel bars when one broke, landing me on my coccyx. The only pain relief that always works, is very simple. Stand with your back against a wall, heels touching. Now push backwards, trying to flatten yourself. Repeat until you get some relief, which can take a day. It’ll be painful, at first, so do short sessions. Feel better soon!
I will second the Biofreeze. I have the roll-on that I use for my hands, but I use the big patches for my back.
I truly hope that you are back to fighting trim shortly!
