Did Sprite end up with chalk on any of her paws? Similar to how car tires get marked in high demand parking zones, you know. Apparently a panel of appellate judges ruled unanimously this year that chalking is an unfair form of search and seizure, therefore contrary to the Fourth Amendment and unconstitutional. Stand up for your rights, girlfriend! Or, uh, maybe have a sit in? Well done on staying off so many feet at once. Admiringly, Pepe and Piper
